Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the cyber mall and users regarding the use of the internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION (hereinafter referred to as the "ABIA") operated by AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION (electronic commerce business operator). ※ "These Terms and Conditions shall also apply to electronic commerce using PC communication, wireless, and other similar methods as long as they do not contradict their nature."
Article 2 (Definitions)
① "AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION" refers to a virtual business place set up by AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION Company to provide goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "Goods, etc.") to users through the use of computers and information communication facilities, and it also refers to a business operator operating a cyber mall.
② "User" refers to both members and non-members who access AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION and receive the services provided by AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. ③ "Member" refers to a person who has provided personal information to AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION, registered as a member, continuously receives information from AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION, and can continuously use the services provided by AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION. ④ "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the services provided by AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION without registering as a member.
Article 3 (Expression of Agreement, Explanation, and Amendment of Terms andConditions)
① AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION shall post on the initial service screen (front screen) of the 00 cyber mall the contents of these Terms and Conditions, the name of the business, the name of the representative, the address of the place of business (including the address where consumer complaints can be addressed), telephone number, facsimile number, email address, business registration number, electronic commerce business registration number, and personal information manager, etc., so that users can easily access them. However, the contents of the terms and conditions may be made available for viewing through a connection screen.
② Before users agree to the terms and conditions, the mall must provide a separate connection screen, pop-up screen, or similar method to allow users to confirm important contents such as withdrawal of subscription, delivery responsibility, and refund conditions as specified in the terms and conditions.
③ AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION may amend these Terms and Conditions within the scope that does not violate related laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Electronic Transactions Basic Act, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., the Door-to-Door Sales Act, and the Consumer Protection Act.
④ In case of amending the terms and conditions, AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION shall notify the application date and the reason for the amendment together with the current terms and conditions on the initial screen of the mall from 7 days prior to the application date to the day before the application date. However, in case of changing the terms and conditions unfavorably to the user, notice shall be given with a prior notice period of at least 30 days. In this case, the mall shall clearly display the contents before and after the amendment for easy comparison by the user.
⑤ In case of amending the terms and conditions, the amended terms and conditions shall only apply to contracts concluded after the application date, and the previous terms and conditions shall apply to contracts already concluded. However, if a user who has already entered into a contract expresses their intention to apply the amended terms and conditions to the mall within the notice period of the amended terms and conditions as per paragraph 3 and obtains the mall's consent, the amended terms and conditions shall apply. 6 Matters not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the guidelines for consumer protection in electronic commerce established by the Fair Trade Commission, and related laws or customs.
Article 4 (Provision and Amendment of Services)
① AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION shall perform the following duties: Providing information on goods or services and concluding purchase contracts. Delivery of goods or services for which purchase contracts have been concluded. Other tasks designated by AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION.
② In the event of goods or services being sold out or changes in technical specifications, AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION may change the content of the goods or services to be provided under future contracts. In this case, AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION shall immediately notify the changed content of the goods or services and the date of provision where the current content of the goods or services was posted.
③ If AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION changes the content of the services agreed upon with the user by reason of the sold-out status of goods or changes in technical specifications, etc., AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION shall notify the user of the reason via a contactable address.
④ In the event described in the preceding paragraph, AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION shall compensate the user for any damages incurred. However, this shall not apply if AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION proves that there was no intention or negligence on its part.
Article 5 (Suspension of Service)
① AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION may temporarily suspend the provision of services if there are reasons such as maintenance, replacement, or breakdown of computer or information communication facilities, or interruption of communication.
② If the provision of services is temporarily suspended due to the reasons mentioned in paragraph 1, AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION shall compensate the user or a third party for any damages incurred. However, this shall not apply if AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION proves that there was no intention or negligence on its part.
③ In the event that it becomes impossible to provide services due to reasons such as a change in business items, abandonment of business, or integration between companies, AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION shall notify the users in accordance with Article 8 and compensate the consumers according to the conditions initially presented by AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION. However, if AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION did not notify the compensation criteria, the users shall be compensated in goods or cash equivalent to the currency value generally used by AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION, such as mileage or accumulated points.
Article 6 (Membership Registration)
① Users apply for membership registration by filling out the registration form provided by AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION and expressing their consent to these Terms and Conditions.
② AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION shall register users as members unless they fall under any of the following subparagraphs among users who have applied for membership as described in paragraph 1: In case the applicant has previously lost membership qualification under Article 7, Paragraph 3 of these Terms and Conditions, except for cases where three years have passed since the loss of membership qualification under Article 7, Paragraph 3, and reapplication for membership has been approved by AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION. In case there is false information, omission, or error in the registration details. In case registering the member would significantly impede the technical operation of AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION. ③ The time of establishment of the membership registration agreement shall be the time when AISAN BUSINESS INNOVATION ASSOCIATION's approval reaches the user. Matters not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the guidelines for consumer protection in electronic commerce established by the Fair Trade Commission, and related laws or customs.

[Purpose] The purpose of collecting user information is twofold: firstly, to accurately identify users and verify their identity for security purposes, and secondly, to facilitate effective communication with users regarding customer service inquiries and notifications. Specifically, this information enables the platform to personalize user experiences and provide timely assistance as needed. [Items] The collected information comprises essential identifiers such as user IDs, names, and passwords, along with contact details including email addresses and phone numbers. These elements are crucial for establishing and maintaining user accounts, as well as for ensuring seamless communication between the platform and its users. [Retention Period] The platform retains user information until the point of user withdrawal, at which time all collected data is securely disposed of or anonymized. This duration ensures that user accounts remain active and accessible throughout the period of engagement with the platform, while also respecting user preferences for data management and privacy.
